Amendments
The following additions, deletions, or changes are made to the above policy and are immediately effective on the date shown as the amendment date.
Amendment 1 — Controller identity — 2 September 2026
Controller identity. The controller of personal data described in this policy is Jaime Meneses-Kofoed, a sole proprietor trading as EntreMinds Enterprise, of 3631 Truxel Road #1157, Sacramento, CA 95834, United States. Privacy enquiries and requests to exercise data protection rights should be sent to privacy@entreminds.com. Where this policy refers to EntreMinds, EntreMinds Enterprise, or James Kofoed, those references are to the same controller.
Amendment date: 2 September 2026
To the extent any of the provisions of the agreement are inconsistent with the provisions in these user amendments, the inconsistent provisions of the agreement are void and the provisions contained in these user amendments shall control.
No other provisions of the agreement shall be deemed changed by these user amendments, and all such unchanged provisions are incorporated by reference into these user amendments as if set forth in full and hereby ratified. This user amendment does not nullify the agreement.
