01 — The Idea

This is what it looks like when it’s yours.

It’s yours.
Nobody can change the terms on you.
It accumulates.
The work you do this year is still working in three.
It’s findable.
Your people can reach you without asking permission.
It’s transferable.
One day you could hand it to someone.
That is the idea.
Here is how it’s put together.

You don’t start over. You connect what you already have — and it starts adding up.

02 — Straight Answer

Where are you housing your business?

Wherever it lives now, some of it belongs to you and some of it doesn’t. Worth knowing which is which.

You own
  • Your domain
  • Your list
  • Your content
  • Your community
  • Your offer
You don’t own
  • The software your hub runs on
  • The servers it lives on
  • The templates and tools inside it
This is what you have access to.
What you own is portable.
The five stay yours — wherever you are, whatever you build next. That’s the difference between an asset and an account.
That’s what compounds.

What actually happens in here
Every week I post one thing to work on, and people post what they got live. Domains pointed. Forms published. First offers named.
Nobody’s performing. Most of us are mid-build, and a fair few are stuck on the same step you are.
The door is already open.

06 — Your Head Start

Two things I wish someone had handed me.

One thing at a time, in the right order, and it comes together.

Bonus One
Do This First
Then start here.
  • One asset a week
  • Domain → list → offer
  • Know when you’re done
Bonus Two
The Skip List
And leave the rest alone.
  • What to skip first
  • The beginner traps
  • The three non-negotiables
A first month that actually goes somewhere.
Nothing fancy — just the two things that would have saved me time. Both come with the guided build.

07 — Before You Decide

Questions worth asking.

Do I need to be technical?
No. Genesis builds what you describe in plain English — you say what you want and it puts it together. What you do need is a few hours a week you can actually protect, and the willingness to sit in the chair. This is not a set-it-and-forget-it thing.
What if I already have a website?
Keep it. You can point your existing domain at your hub, or run the two alongside each other while you move things across at your own pace. Nothing has to come down on day one.
How is this different from Squarespace or Wix?
Those build you a website. A hub is a website plus your list, your community, your customer records and your checkout — in one place, under one login, on a domain you own. The difference is not how the pages look. It is whether the pieces are connected and whether the relationships are yours.
What does it cost?
The Blueprint is free. The community is free. The guided build — where the two bonuses come in — is a paid program with a shorter term and a full-year term.See the whole path, including where I earn a commission →
How much time does this take?
Plan on five to ten hours a week that you can genuinely protect. The first thirty days are the heaviest, because that is when the foundation goes in. After that it gets lighter, and the work starts adding up instead of starting over.
What if I do not know what I am selling yet?
Then start with the Blueprint and be honest with your score. If you are still working out what your thing is, you will get more from ninety days of publishing somewhere consistently than from building infrastructure for something undefined. Come back after that. I would rather you arrive ready than arrive frustrated.
What happens if I stop paying, or leave?
You keep your domain, your list, your content and your customer relationships — those are yours and they travel with you. What stops is the software that runs it, the same way any tool stops when you stop subscribing. That is the whole reason the five assets matter.
I have bought courses before and not finished them.
So have I, and that is exactly why the two things I hand you are short. One tells you what to build and in what order. The other tells you what to skip. Neither is a course. The goal is a hub that is actually live in thirty days, not a library you feel guilty about.
Are you affiliated with Estage?
Yes, and I will always say so. As an affiliate of ESTAGE I earn a commission from qualifying purchases. At no extra cost to you. I recommend it because I evaluated it the way I once evaluated systems for the State of California, and it was the first one that did not fall apart somewhere. If that ever stops being true, I will say that too.
08 — The Decision

So what would you build
if nobody could ever take it from you?

You’ve seen what a hub is and what it makes possible. The only part left is yours.
